My name is Maud Saint-Arroman, a 29-year-old French hobby artist who made Oslo, Norway my permanent home in 2022. I grew up navigating between the suburbs of beautiful Paris and the authentic charm of the French countryside.

My passion for painting and drawing began in childhood, nurtured over a decade in an artist workshop led by a family friend. Experimenting with various mediums and subjects, I found myself irresistibly drawn to the expressive power of colors. Though my creative pursuits were set aside during my studies, the spark was reignited in 2022 when I established my own art space at home. I had a strong desire to put on paper and canvas the wide range of emotions and inspirations gathered over the past years.

Inspired by nature and rooted in the rhythms of life’s emotions, my creative process usually starts with figuring out how to paint what I see or feel in the moment and which color palette could match it at best. I am not afraid to use vibrant colors and I'm always looking for harmony and perspective in what I produce, shaping each piece with intention and curiosity.
